A GREAT MUSLIM SCHOLAR:
Maulana Tariq Jameel was born in 1953 in Tulambah near Multan. Maulana’s father was a member of the Rajput Muslim community. He was an agriculturist and was a respectable person in his field and local area.
Maulana Tariq Jameel was raised in Mian Channu city.
After completion of higher secondary education (F.Sc in some areas of Pakistan) in pre-medicine (equivalent to “levels”) of Lahore University College of Engineering, he took admission to King Edward Medical College in Lahore.
He was intending to bake you, but his tendency towards spirituality soon prompted him to switch to Islamic education. He then went to receive Islamic education from Jamia Arabia, Rewind (near Lahore), Pakistan where he studied Quran, Hadith, Shariah, procrastination, logic and jurisprudence.
Moving to Islam:
Maulana Tariq Jameel Islam originated during the life of the lodge in Lahore, and can be attributed mainly to the group members of the mosque Tablighi who became friends with during his university life.
He regularly lectures and speeches encouraging people to follow Islamic values and principles and put them into practice in their daily lives. And emphasizes non-political, non-violent and non-sectarian Islam.
Moulana Tariq Jamil has traveled extensively to the cause and delivered thousands of lectures around the world. To quench his thirst for knowledge, he mastered the ability to understand and speak fluently Arabic and traveled extensively to many Muslim countries. His magician appearance combined with a strong voice and the ability to deliver religious lectures quickly jumped to fame and within a few years he became one of the most profound and inspiring preachers of Islam in Urdu.
Rise to fame:
Because of his simple and humble speech and lifestyle, Tariq Jameel is a respected leader of Muslims around the world. He has a simple, eloquent and distinctive style of explaining the purpose and creation of human life and often uses scientific examples to support his argument. He has lectured to all kinds of communities in the community with the attendance of doctors, engineers, professors, businessmen, owners, government officials, television / cinema artists, ministers / politicians and sports celebrities.
Mawlana Tariq Jamil has tirelessly pursued true Islamic values in the lives of some of Pakistan’s greatest cricket legends such as Said Anwar, Inzamam Haq, Mohammed Youssef, Saklan Mushtaq, Mushtaq Ahmed and Salim Malik. He was also the main model of Junid Jamsheed since his inspiring face towards Islam. Tarek Jameel is also the late Mufti Yusuf Loudhianfi, another deoband researcher.
Contrary to the general misconception, Islam is a religion of supreme peace and security. Tariq Jameel’s lectures include a wide range of issues of Islam and social interest. It emphasizes in particular the self-purification, the avoidance of violent methods, the respect of God’s commands and the followers of Muhammad (Sam) ‘Sunnah.
Maulana Tariq Jameel repeatedly asks Muslims to repent (to be guilty of past sins and to retreat from the wrong ways of leading life) and to return to the right path that leaves the sinner. He is a strong critic of moral degeneration, indecent practices, and cruelty that have built her stronghold among the younger generation of Muslims.
